Corporate bonds

6All bonds, on placement of which we have cooperated with issuers, were issued to raise funds for specific investment projects, in particular private equity and development projects. These were coupon bonds in which the issuer paid the investors interest payments – coupons on a predetermined frequency. Another type of placed bonds was a zero-coupon bond, used mainly by various developers. In such instances, issuer does not pay interest but instead trades at a deep discount, rendering a profit at maturity, when the bond is redeemed for its full face value.

CAPITAL MARKETS, o.c.p., a.s. has been collaborating as a placement agent with issuers from the Slovak and Czech Republic for more than five years. During this period, we have also helped to finance the above mentioned project.
